What is financial planning?

Although providing financial advice is a very important part of our service, we at rockwealth Leeds see ourselves as very much a financial planning firm. But what is financial planning exactly? As rockwealth Leeds founder BRANDON LAMAM explains in this video, financial planning is essentially a process that helps you to reach your life and financial goals. By showing you, at every stage of your life, what you need to do to achieve those goals, financial planning gives you clarity and confidence. Everyone’s different. We all have unique circumstances, values and objectives. So it's crucial that you start with a plan from the outset that’s specifically designed for you. But financial planning is not a one-off process. Inevitably, life will not turn out exactly as we expect it to, and our plans will almost certainly need revising from time to time. So having your own financial planner to review your situation on an ongoing basis, and to whom you can turn whenever you’re anxious about your money or investments, is hugely valuable.
